Ingredients
- 1 box (6 packages) Kodiak Chocolate Chip Crunchy Granola Bars
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1-2/3 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
Directions
- Keeping the Kodiak Crunchy Bars in their packaging, smash each package with a rolling pin to roughly crush up the bars.
- Empty each package into a bowl and add the peanut butter. Mix with a rubber spatula until well combined.
- Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Scoop the granola bar mixture into the lined baking pan and press into a single layer.
- Place the raspberries evenly over the top of the granola mixture.
- Place the yogurt and maple syrup in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour over the top of the pressed granola and raspberries and smooth evenly.
- Place in the freezer for at least four hours or overnight.
- Once frozen, lift the parchment out of the pan and the bars sheet on a cutting board. Cut into 10 slices.
- Store bars in an airtight container in the freezer.
