Ingredients

  • 1 box (6 packages) Kodiak Chocolate Chip Crunchy Granola Bars
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries 
  • 1-2/3 cups plain Greek yogurt 
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions

  1. Keeping the Kodiak Crunchy Bars in their packaging, smash each package with a rolling pin to roughly crush up the bars.
  2. Empty each package into a bowl and add the peanut butter. Mix with a rubber spatula until well combined.
  3. Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  4. Scoop the granola bar mixture into the lined baking pan and press into a single layer.
  5. Place the raspberries evenly over the top of the granola mixture.
  6. Place the yogurt and maple syrup in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour over the top of the pressed granola and raspberries and smooth evenly.
  7. Place in the freezer for at least four hours or overnight.
  8. Once frozen, lift the parchment out of the pan and the bars sheet on a cutting board. Cut into 10 slices.
  9. Store bars in an airtight container in the freezer.
