Peanut Butter Banana Nut Muffins are a delicious snack your family will love. Not only do they only take 34 minutes to make, but theyâre made with Kodiak Cakes Peanut Butter Power Cakes to make each muffin a protein-packed treat.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 2 cups Kodiak Cakes Peanut Butter Power Cakes mix
- 1 scoop vanilla or cinnamon roll protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 1 large very ripe banana
- 3 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a muffin tin with non-stick spray or line with cupcake liners
- Add all ingredients(except walnuts)in a large bowl or stand mixer. Mix on high until well combined and smooth
- Divide and portion muffins into pan. Sprinkle on walnuts. Bake for 17-19 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when poked through the center of muffin
