Peanut Butter Banana Nut Muffins are a delicious snack your family will love. Not only do they only take 34 minutes to make, but they’re made with Kodiak Cakes Peanut Butter Power Cakes to make each muffin a protein-packed treat.


  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes Peanut Butter Power Cakes mix
  • 1 scoop vanilla or cinnamon roll protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1 large very ripe banana
  • 3 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a muffin tin with non-stick spray or line with cupcake liners
  2. Add all ingredients(except walnuts)in a large bowl or stand mixer. Mix on high until well combined and smooth
  3. Divide and portion muffins into pan. Sprinkle on walnuts. Bake for 17-19 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when poked through the center of muffin
