Back in the day, folks would wake up at the crack of dawn to slow cook oats just to enjoy a warm breakfast. Oh how we’ve evolved. Introducing Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats, a recipe straight from the Oatober harvest that you can prep the night before and enjoy a ready-to-eat breakfast come morning.  Whether you prefer them hot or cold, each bowl delivers the same texture and delicious flavor you once may have worked all morning to create!

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash of pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

  1. In a sealable jar or tuber ware, mix together Kodiak oats, milk, pumpkin spice, flax seeds, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  2. Place in fridge and let sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
