This Triple Berry Trifle Mason Jar is a little cup of heaven! Made with fresh berries, Kodiak Cakes All-Purpose Baking Mix, and light and fluffy whipped cream, this delicious cup is great for summer backyard gatherings and baby showers alike.


  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes All-Purpose Baking Mix
  • 1 cup stevia, coconut sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup butter(melted)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream or cool whip
  • 2 cups mixed berries


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. and coat an 11 x 17 baking sheet with baking spray
  2. In a large bowl whisk together sugar, Kodiak Cakes mix, baking soda and salt. Whisk in butter and water until combined. Next whisk eggs, vanilla and buttermilk until smooth
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick poked through the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool completely
  4. Break or cut cooled cake up into bite sized pieces. Assemble jars by layering cake, whipped cream and berries. Repeat until full
