100% whole grain wheat flour, 100% whole grain oat flour, non-fat dry milk, dried honey (honey, wheat starch), egg whites, leavening (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), wheat protein isolate, sea salt.
Contains egg, milk, and wheat. Also contains trace amounts of peanut, soy, and tree nuts due to processing on shared equipment.
