Ingredients

Bars:

  • 1 cup instant oats
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Kodiak Cakes Blueberry Lemon Muffin Mix 
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds  

Icing:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  •  1/4 teaspoon vanilla

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into a loaf pan lined with plastic wrap and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Make the icing by combining powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Remove frozen bars from the loaf pan and cut into 1” wide pieces.
  5. Drizzle each bar with icing and serve.
