Chocolate Chocolate Chip Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 6 cashews (soaked overnight & drained)
  • 4 almonds (soaked overnight & drained)
  • 2 dates
  • 3 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 3 tablespoons Kodiak Cakes Dark Chocolate Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle Mix
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, butter, or ghee
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a small food processor and blend on high until mixture comes together
  2. Carefully remove blade.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Form into three small bars.
  5. Refrigerate until set.
