Ingredients

  • 6 cashews(soaked overnight & drained)
  • 4 almonds(soaked overnight & drained)
  • 2 dates
  • 3 tablespoon milk of choice
  • 3 tablespoon Dark Chocolate Kodiak Power Cakes
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, butter or ghee
  • 2 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients(except chocolate chips)in a small food processor and blend on high until mixture comes together
  2. Carefully remove blade and stir in chocolate chips
  3. Form mixture into 3 bars
  4. Refrigerate until bars set
