  • 1 cup Whole Wheat, Oat, & Honey Kodiak Cakes Flapjack and Waffle Mix
  • 1 cup milk or water
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • Red and green food coloring



  1. In a large bowl, whisk the Kodiak Cakes Whole Wheat, Oat and Honey Flapjack and Waffle mix, milk or water, eggs, melted butter, and sugar until smooth
  2. Lightly grease a non-stick crepe pan or sauté pan with oil and place over medium heat
  3. Pour 1/4 cup batter in the center of the pan and swirl until thin and even. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side
  4. Fill with your choice of whipped cream, fruits, nuts, hazelnut spread, and/or chocolate
