Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Power Cakes
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter or pb2(make sure to add water if you use pb2)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix Kodiak Cakes mix, vanilla protein and peanut butter together and spread onto small cookie sheet
  2. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwavable bowl and melt for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave again for 20-30 seconds. Stir until chips are melted. Do not over cook
  3. Spread chocolate over top of peanut butter mixture and freeze for about 20 minutes to harden
  4. Cut and serve. Keep refrigerated
