Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 large whole egg
  • 1/4 cup Kodiak Superfoods mix
  • 3 tablespoon Swerve or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon milk of choice
  • 2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoon candied ginger
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped almonds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or coat with non-stick spray
  2. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl(except candied ginger and chopped almonds)until well incorporated
  3. Portion and scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet(cookies will not rise much, so flatten into desired shape/size that you like)
  4. Press some candied ginger and chopped almonds onto the tops of each cookie
  5. Bake for 7-10 minutes
