Make your own homemade granola with our healthy Cinnamon Raisin Granola Recipe. This nutritious and protein-packed granola makes the perfect trail snack or breakfast. All you have to do is combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl, add Kodiak Cakes Cinnamon Oat Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle Mix, and bake for just five minutes. After you’ve let granola cool, it can be enjoyed either alone, with milk, or topped with your favorite yogurt for an even more filling, healthy snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes Cinnamon Oat Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle Mix
  • 1/2 cup crushed pecans
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup raisins

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients except raisins in a large bowl and mix well. Spread evenly on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Stir in raisons, bake another 5 minutes, and remove from oven.
  3. DO NOT stir. Leave on tray for 10 minutes to cool and harden into clumps.
  4. Remove from tray and enjoy over yogurt, with milk, etc.
