These cereal pancakes seem to be all the rage these days, so here’s a quick version featuring Kodiak Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix. The toughest part of this recipe is picking which flavor you want. Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle Mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit (optional)
  • Butter and maple syrup for serving

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stir Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle mix and water until combined
  2. Pour the batter into a piping bag fit with a small tip
  3. Pipe small dots of pancake batter on a heated and greased pan or griddle
  4. Cook on medium-high heat, or 375°F, or until the edges of the pancakes begin to dry
  5. Use a spatula or chopsticks to flip each pancake individually
  6. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until golden brown
  7. Serve pancakes in a bowl with fresh fruit, a pat of butter, and maple syrup
