Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Power Cakes
  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Additional toppings (onion, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, etc.)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Combine Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Power Cakes mix, water, and olive oil. Form into a soft dough
  3. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each into a 4” circle
  4. Top each crust with pizza sauce, cheese, and assorted toppings
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted
