Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats 
  • 1/2 cup nut butter of choice
  • 1/2 cup nuts, dried fruit, or chocolate, chopped 
  • 1/4 cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk & Chia Energy Cakes 
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Press into a loaf pan lined with plastic wrap.
  3. Freeze for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Cut into 1″ thick bars.
