Ingredients

Brownies

  • 1 box Kodiak Cakes Brownie Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water

Ganache

  • 4 oz. dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • crushed candy canes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare brownies as directed on box. Allow to cool completely before frosting with ganache.
  2. Make the ganache: Heat the heavy cream for 30 seconds in the microwave until bubbling.
  3. Add the dark chocolate and let sit for 1 minute before stirring until smooth.
  4. Spread evenly over the cooled brownies and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until the ganache is set.
  6.  Cut into 16 equal squares with a very sharp knife.
