Ingredients

1 carton Kodiak Cakes Pumpkin Dark Chocolate Minute Muffins mix

2 heaping tablespoons water

2 tablespoons canned pumpkin

1 teaspoon stevia or sweetener of choice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the waffle maker and coat with nonstick spray.
  2. Remove the lid of the Kodiak cup and add water, pumpkin, and sweetener. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the contents of the cup onto the waffle maker and cook according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Remove the waffles from the waffle iron and top with syrup, chopped pecans, and chocolate chips if desired.
