Ingredients

  • 1 Box Kodiak Cakes Chocolate Chip Blondie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1⁄4 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • dark chocolate sea salt caramels – diced into smaller pieces (however many you want!)
  • toppings: ice cream, caramel, whipped cream, etc.

DIRECTIONS

  1. With an electric mixer, whip butter until smooth.
  2. Add Kodiak Cakes blondie mix in about 3 increments and mix after each addition.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until smooth – scraping down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
  4. Add sea salt caramel pieces into the batter and mix.
  5. Spread and press batter into a skillet – if it’s a smaller skillet, use half the batter in and save the rest for another batch! (We used half the batter and baked another afterward).
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
  7. Let cool slightly – you want to serve warm – top with ice cream, caramel, and whipped cream.
  8. Enjoy right out of the skillet!
