If your order was damaged during shipping, did not arrive, or arrived expired, we want to know. Please contact us online at email@example.com. Subject to our approval, and for a valid reason, we will either refund the purchase price and respective sales tax (if applicable), replace your purchase, or provide store credit redeemable at kodiakcakes.com within 14 days of purchase.
Returns of unused branded gear will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate your return. To ensure your approved refund is processed successfully, send your return via trackable shipping methods, as refunds for packages lost in transit will not be processed. Initial and return shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that refunds could take up to two weeks from the time returned items have been reviewed.
We do not accept returns for products purchased from our retail partners. Contact the store or website you made your purchase from for more information on their return policy.
