These matcha protein balls are so simple to make and so easy to eat on-the-go they'll have you wondering how you ever went on an adventure without them. It's a simple spin on our Kodiak Cakes Protein Ball Mix featuring the immune-boosting antioxidants of matcha green tea. Mix in your favorite dried fruit or seeds to add even more fiber and nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Kodiak Cakes Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Protein Balls
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or preferred nut butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon matcha green tea powder

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand stir until fully combined. For additional moisture add up to 2 tablespoon water
  2. Divide mixture into 12 balls
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
