We’re folks that fuel up on whole grains and protein because we work hard and play harder. We find epic moments exploring the grand Wasatch mountains, achieving success in the workplace, and spending personal time doing what we love. We have a common goal that unites us: feeding epic days and wilder lives through real, good breakfasts.
Kodiak Benefits
Kodiak is one of the fastest growing food companies that is disrupting the industry with its better-for-you breakfast and snacking options. Our journey with food began by restoring the tradition of whole grain flapjacks and adding some protein to fuel folks' adventures
The Interview Process
Our interview process is designed to be straightforward, informative, casual, and conversational.
1. Application & Resume Review
Once you hit “apply”, a real human (no robots here!) will take a careful look at your background to determine if you have the essential skills to perform the responsibilities necessary for the role. If it looks like a match, our talent partner will be in touch to schedule an initial connect.
2. Initial Connect
In your initial connect with the talent partner, expect some basic questions to gain an understanding of your skills, a rundown of Kodiak culture and benefits, and answers to any questions you’ve got—nothing is off limits. We’re transparent by default.
3. Next Up
So, you made it past the first call! Awesome. Next, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with the hiring manager via video. This will be a more detailed, deep dive into your experience. This is your time to shine and ask us the tough questions, too.
4. Team Talks
From there, we’ll introduce you to a few more awesome humans from across the team. These chats are also via video and are designed to get a better sense of how you work and give you a taste of what it’s like to be part of the Kodiak crew.
5. Finalists + Offers
If it feels like a great fit all around, we’ll invite you to visit us in beautiful Park City, Utah (yes, it’s as amazing as it sounds). You’ll meet more of the team in person and get to check out our cozy HQ. And if the stars align? We’ll send an offer your way and guide you through every step of the process.
6. First Day & Beyond
At Kodiak, onboarding is more than just a first day, it’s the beginning of your trail with us. From the moment you accept your offer, we prepare you for success through a thoughtful, people-first onboarding journey. You'll receive a welcome packet and walk into a schedule designed to set you up for impact.
Our structured experience includes:
- A warm Day 1 welcome with guided orientations, an office tour, and IT setup
- Role-specific training, team meet-and-greets, and cross-functional connections to understand the business holistically
- A clear 90-day plan to help you grow, thrive, and navigate your new role confidently
For new leaders, we provide specialized support to build relationships, lead inclusively, and gain valuable insights to set them up for success.
We believe that better onboarding builds stronger teams and at Kodiak, we’re ready to bear together from day one
If you have an appetite for better-for-you flapjacks and waffles and want to join one of the fastest-growing food brands in the U.S., you’re in the right place.
