If your order arrived expired or had missing or incorrect items, we are happy to address your concerns. ​Please contact us online at flapjacks@kodiakcakes.com. Subject to approval, we will either refund the purchase price and respective sales tax (if applicable), replace your purchase, or provide store credit redeemable at kodiakcakes.com within 14 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns or provide monetary refunds for products purchased from our retail partners. Contact the store or website you made your purchase from for more information on their return policy.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse any refund or exchange.
