Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kodiak Classic Rolled Oats Canister
- 1 cup water
- Pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 6 raspberries
- 1/4 cup Kodiak Cookie Butter Granola
Directions
- Place the oats, water, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until oats are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the honey and Greek yogurt.
- Spoon the oats into a small bowl.
- Top the oats with the peanut butter, chia seeds, banana slices, raspberries, and granola.
