Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kodiak Classic Rolled Oats Canister
  • 1 cup water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 6 raspberries 
  • 1/4 cup Kodiak Cookie Butter Granola

Directions

  1. Place the oats, water, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until oats are soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the honey and Greek yogurt.
  3. Spoon the oats into a small bowl.
  4. Top the oats with the peanut butter, chia seeds, banana slices, raspberries, and granola. 
  5. Dig in while it's warm!
