There’s something special about breakfast that brings everyone to the table — and for Kodiak Community member Paulina, these Apple Cinnamon Compote Pancakes do just that. This recipe has become a family favorite in her home, where even her 5-year-old leaves no crumb behind. It’s a weekend staple (and sometimes on busy weekdays too).
Each stack packs 14g of protein per serving and a hearty, wholesome flavor you can feel good about. Topped with warm cinnamon-spiced apple compote, a dollop of creamy Greek yogurt, and a drizzle of maple syrup, these pancakes taste like you’re going to be wishing for a second stack.
