Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Chili Crunch Oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Kodiak Homestyle Power Waffles
- 1 teaspoons butter
Directions
- Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the eggs to the water and cook for exactly 7 minutes.
- Remove eggs from pot and run under cold water for 1 minute. Peel and set aside.
- Spoon the yogurt into a bowl. Slice the eggs in half and arrange on top of the yogurt. Drizzle eggs and yogurt with chili crunch. Sprinkle the dill over the top of the eggs.
- Top with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Toast the waffles and spread with butter.
- Place the waffles in the bowl with the eggs and yogurt. Enjoy!
