Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Crunch Oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Kodiak Homestyle Power Waffles
  • 1 teaspoons butter 

Directions

  1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the eggs to the water and cook for exactly 7 minutes.
  2. Remove eggs from pot and run under cold water for 1 minute. Peel and set aside.
  3. Spoon the yogurt into a bowl. Slice the eggs in half and arrange on top of the yogurt. Drizzle eggs and yogurt with chili crunch. Sprinkle the dill over the top of the eggs.
  4. Top with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Toast the waffles and spread with butter.
  6. Place the waffles in the bowl with the eggs and yogurt. Enjoy!
