Dig into sausage, anchovies, or whatever your usual order is you can easily turn it into a Baked Pizza Muffin that packs 100% whole grains and protein.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup mini pepperoni
- Extra marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Combine Kodiak mix, egg, milk, sour cream, butter, and marinara sauce until combined.
- Gently fold in cheese and mini pepperoni.
- Fill greased or lined muffins cups 3/4 full and top with an additional sprinkle of cheese.
- Bake at 350° F for 16-18 minutes, or until a toothpick into the center comes out clean.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
