Slices are overrated, instead, get your Italian staple fix with these Baked Pizza Muffins. It's all your favorite parts of a pie in a muffin tin instead. Not only are they great for on the go or in a lunch box but, they're totally customizable. Prefer a supreme over a pepperoni? Or maybe ham and pineapple to mix things up? Sausage, anchovies whatever your usual order, you can easily turn it into a Baked Pizza Muffin.


  • 2 cups Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni
  • Extra marinara sauce for dipping


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. Combine Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle mix, egg, milk, sour cream, butter, and marinara sauce until combined
  3. Gently fold in cheese and mini pepperoni
  4. Fill greased or lined muffins cups 3/4 full and top with an additional sprinkle of cheese
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes, or until a toothpick into the center comes out clean
  6. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping
