Ingredients

  • 2 Kodiak Berries & Cream Peak Oatmeal packets
  • 1 ripe banana 
  • 3/4 cup whole milk 
  • Maple syrup, to top
  • 1/2 cup berries (sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), to top

Directions

  1. Place the contents of the oatmeal packets in a high-speed blender along with the banana and milk.
  2. Blend at high speed until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat a waffle iron.
  4. Grease the waffle iron and pour 1/3 cup of batter into each waffle section.
  5. Close the waffle iron and cook for 1 to 1-½ minutes, or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
  6. Serve waffles topped with maple syrup and berries.
