Ingredients
- 2 Kodiak Berries & Cream Peak Oatmeal packets
- 1 ripe banana
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- Maple syrup, to top
- 1/2 cup berries (sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), to top
Directions
- Place the contents of the oatmeal packets in a high-speed blender along with the banana and milk.
- Blend at high speed until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Preheat a waffle iron.
- Grease the waffle iron and pour 1/3 cup of batter into each waffle section.
- Close the waffle iron and cook for 1 to 1-½ minutes, or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve waffles topped with maple syrup and berries.
