Ingredients
- 2 Kodiak Homestyle Power Waffles (or Power Waffle flavor of choice)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon whole milk
- 1 date
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 frozen strawberries
Directions
- Toast two Kodiak Power Waffles until golden and crisp.
- In a high-powered blender, blend frozen banana, strawberries, milk, date, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Scoop the banana-strawberry mixture between the toasted waffles. Enjoy!
*Pro Tip: Prefer your ice cream on the "thick" side? We recommend starting with step 2 and freezing your ice cream for 30 minutes to an hour before toasting your waffles.
