Ingredients
Blistered Tomatoes:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 garlic cloves, lightly smashed
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Bruschetta:

- 8 ounces fresh burrata cheese
- Fresh basil leaves

- Freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the broiler.
- Toss the cherry tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil in a small baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
- Broil for 6–10 minutes, stirring once, until the tomatoes are blistered and the garlic is softened.
