Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint or vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • Kodiak French Toast Sticks, for dipping

Directions

  1. In an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix the cream cheese on medium-high speed until smooth.
  2. Add the marshmallow fluff and peppermint or vanilla extract and continue to mix until fully combined.
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup of the crushed peppermint candies.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and top with remaining 1/4 cup peppermint candies.
  5. Serve with prepared Kodiak French Toast Sticks.
