Ingredients
- 3 packets Kodiak Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Packets
- 1/2 cup banana, mashed (about one medium banana)
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons almond or cashew butter
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the oatmeal, banana, nut butter, egg, and milk in a small bowl and mix well with a spoon.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes so that the liquid can absorb.
- Place scoops of cookie dough on the parchment-lined baking sheet, 2 inches apart. There should be enough batter to make six cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly golden brown on top.
