Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 2 Kodiak Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal Packets
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pepitas
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- Sliced banana, to serve (optional)
- Yogurt, to serve (optional)
Directions
- Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add Kodiak Oatmeal Packets, sunflower seeds, pepitas, coconut, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Stir for 5 minutes or until the granola is golden brown.
- Remove the pan from the heat and allow the granola to cool completely before serving.
