Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1-3 cup mini chocolate chips

 

Dippers:

  • Kodiak Crunchy Granola Bars
  • Fresh cut fruit (strawberries, apples, etc.)

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the chickpeas, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the mini chocolate chips.
  3. Enjoy immediately with preferred dippers (we're partial to Chocolate Chip Crunchy Granola Bars 😉), or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
