Ingredients
- 1 bag Kodiak Honey Oat Granola
- 1 container (32 oz) vanilla Greek yogurt
Directions
- Place the Kodiak granola and the vanilla Greek yogurt in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir together the granola and yogurt with a rubber spatula until well combined.
- Line a metal baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon the yogurt/granola mixture onto the parchment paper and spread out in a thin layer.
- Place the metal tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the mixture is completely frozen.
- Serve frozen. Store the pieces of bark in an airtight container in the freezer.
Bark Variations:
- Summer Berry Frozen Yogurt Bark: Add one cup of frozen mixed berries to the yogurt mixture and stir until combined. Follow remaining instructions as listed above.
- Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bark: Add 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/2 cup chocolate chips to the yogurt mixture. Stir to combine chocolate chips and swirl the peanut butter through the mixture. Follow remaining instructions as listed above.
