Bring out the natural, sweet taste of a fresh peach with this grilled peaches and granola recipe. Simply combine Kodiak® Cinnamon Oat Power Cakes® with a handful of other ingredients, bake until crispy, and completely drool over your creation — we mean, add in your peaches, extra toppings, and dig in! Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup Kodiak Cinnamon Oat Power Cakes Mix Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- 1/2 cup nuts, seeds, or coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 peaches, pitted and cut in half
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
*Pro Tip: Sub-in any other spices or Kodiak Flapjack & Waffle Mix flavors to make your granola your own!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined. Spread granola evenly on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stir, then bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- Brush maple syrup on the inside of the peaches and place on the grill until the peaches caramelize and grill marks form.
- Divide grilled peaches, ice cream, and granola into 4 bowls and serve.
