  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.​
  2. In a large bowl, combine Kodiak mix and salt. Add Greek yogurt and mix until a slightly sticky dough forms.​
  3. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1 minute until smooth and cohesive.​
  4. Divide dough into 8 equal sections and roll into a ball. Then, use your finger to poke a hole in the center and gently stretch into a bagel shape​
  5. Place on the prepared baking sheet, brush with egg wash, add toppings, and bake for 18–23 minutes until golden. Cool fully before serving​
  6. Store in an airtight container and reheat in a toaster or toaster oven.
