Ingredients
Oatmeal Squares:
- 4 packets Kodiak Maple Pecan Overnight Oats
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Maple Butter Drizzle:
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1-2 teaspoons milk
- 2 tablespoons pecans, chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Grease an 8x8” or 9x9” baking pan.
- Empty the Overnight Oats packets into a mixing bowl.
- Add the egg, milk, and melted butter to the bowl and whisk together to form a batter. Let sit for five minutes so that the oats can absorb the liquid a bit.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake for 15-17 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown on top.
- Let cool completely. Cut into 9 squares.
- Place the confectioners’ sugar in a small bowl and add the maple syrup and melted butter. Whisk together to form a smooth glaze.
- Whisk in milk, 1 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Drizzle the glaze over the oatmeal squares. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top.
- Store squares in an airtight container.
