Mint & Chip Dip
Prep Time:15 mins
Serves:10
Only have a few minutes to spare before the party starts? No sweat, this recipe for mint chocolate chip dip only takes five minutes to make, but be warned it might be gone in seconds. We prefer to dip with Kodiak French Toast Sticks, but you can always use your favorite fruit or...maybe just a spoon.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 tablespoon peppermint extract
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1-2 drops green food coloring
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- Kodiak Buttermilk French Toast Sticks
Directions
- Place heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer with a whisk attachment to mix until the cream forms stiff peaks.
- Transfer the cream to a separate bowl and set aside.
- Place the cream cheese into the empty large bowl and mix on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
- Add 1/3 of the whipped cream mixture to the cream cheese and mix until smooth. Then, add the remaining whipped cream and food coloring. Continue to mix until fully combined and no lumps remain.
- Gently stir in chocolate chips.
- Serve with prepared Kodiak French Toast Sticks.
