Ingredients

  •  9-12 Kodiak flapjacks, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1-1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Make 9-12 Kodiak pancakes as directed on the package. Cut the pancakes into cubes, place them in an oven-safe dish or skillet, and toss in raspberries.
  2. Combine milk, vanilla, eggs, and maple syrup.
  3. Pour the mixture over the pancakes. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  4. Bake at 350° F for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
