Made using Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes, eggs, cottage cheese, cheddar, and bacon bits, this waffle hits that perfect balance of savory, satisfying, and seriously filling.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon bacon bits
- 3/4 cup Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
Directions
- Preheat and spray waffle iron with avocado or olive oil spray.
- Beat eggs in small mixing bowl
- Mix in both cheeses and the bacon bits
- Stir in the Kodiak mix a little at a time. Depending on the size of your eggs, you may need a little more or less mix (you should be able to pour your batter onto the waffle iron slowly, using a rubber scrapper to clean the bowl).
