Ingredients
• 2 cups Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
• 1-1/2 cups milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Top with 1 cup mix of blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix Kodiak mix, eggs, vanilla, and milk until well combined.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and top with mixed berries.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly, then slice into 12 slices and serve with maple syrup.
