Ingredients
- 1 Kodiak Chocolate Chip & Maple Flapjack Cup
- 1 small banana (overripe), mashed
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon butter, to top
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup, to top
Directions
- Remove the lid from the flapjack cup.
- Add the mashed banana, walnuts, and water to the cup and stir to form a slightly chunky batter.
- Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Grease, then add the batter - this recipe makes one large or 3 smaller pancakes. Cook batter until bubbles appear on top and the top is no longer glossy.
- Flip the pancake(s) and cook for 20-30 seconds on the other side.
- Serve topped with butter and maple syrup.
*On the run? Cook your pancake right in your Flapjack Cup for approximately 1 minute in the microwave before hitting the road.
