Ingredients

  • 1 Kodiak Chocolate Chip & Maple Flapjack Cup
  • 1 small banana (overripe), mashed
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon butter, to top
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup, to top

Directions

  1. Remove the lid from the flapjack cup.
  2. Add the mashed banana, walnuts, and water to the cup and stir to form a slightly chunky batter.
  3. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Grease, then add the batter - this recipe makes one large or 3 smaller pancakes. Cook batter until bubbles appear on top and the top is no longer glossy.
  6. Flip the pancake(s) and cook for 20-30 seconds on the other side.
  7. Serve topped with butter and maple syrup.

 

*On the run? Cook your pancake right in your Flapjack Cup for approximately 1 minute in the microwave before hitting the road.
