Ingredients
- 1 Kodiak Cinnamon Roll Muffin Cup
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Remove the lid from the muffin cup.
- Add the baking powder to the cup and stir with a fork to combine.
- Add the egg, oil, and water to the cup and stir until a smooth batter forms.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
- Place the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and stir until combined. Brush the top of the muffin with butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top.
*Note: To bake your muffin in the oven, follow steps 1-3 above, then place cup on oven rack and bake in an oven preheated to 375° F for 12-15 minutes, or until puffed and golden on top.
