  • 1 Kodiak Blueberry Muffin Power Cup
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds 
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk 
  • 1 tablespoon blueberries


  1. Remove the lid from the muffin cup and add the poppyseeds, lemon zest, egg and milk. Stir with a fork until a smooth batter forms.
  2. Fold in the blueberries.
  3. Microwave for 70 to 75 seconds, or until fully puffed and cooked. Enjoy!
