Ingredients

  • 1 Kodiak Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cup

  • 2 tablespoons Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil 
  • 5 tablespoons water 
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar to top (optional

Directions

  1. Remove the lid from the oatmeal cup.
  2. Add the Power Cakes mix, cinnamon, and baking powder to the cup and stir with a fork to combine.
  3. Add the egg, oil, and 2 tablespoons of water to the cup and stir until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Add the remaining 3 tablespoons of water and stir until fully combined. Let sit for 5 minutes. 
  5. Stir again and sprinkle the top with brown sugar, if desired. Microwave for 90 seconds.
  6. Let cool slightly and enjoy!


*Chef's Note: If you prefer to bake you muffin in the oven, prep your muffin according to above directions and place cup on a baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 375° Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes.
