Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 packet Kodiak Maple Pecan Overnight Oats
- 1 tablespoon Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Place the frozen berries in a single-serve sized oven-safe bowl and toss with the chia seeds.
- Drizzle the honey evenly over the berries.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the contents of the overnight oats packet with the power cakes mix and stir to combine.
- Add the butter pieces to the bowl and cut in with a pastry cutter, fork, or your fingers, blending until the mixture resembles coarse crumbles.
- Top the berry mixture with the crumble mixture, spreading the crumbles evenly over the berries.
- Place the crumble on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until crumble is golden brown, and the berry mixture is bubbling.
- Remove the crumble from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Serve crumble warm. Top with vanilla yogurt or ice cream, if desired!
