Ingredients

  • 1 Kodiak Buttermilk & Maple Flapjack Cup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest, divided
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar 

Directions

  1. Remove the lid from the flapjack cup.
  2. Add the egg, milk, and 1/2 of the orange zest to the flapjack cup and stir with a fork until well combined.
  3. Microwave on high for 60 seconds. 
  4. Place the remaining orange zest, orange juice, and confectioner sugar in a small bowl. Whisk together until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the icing over the top of the cooked flapjack cup. Enjoy warm!
