Ingredients

  • 1 Kodiak Buttermilk & Maple Flapjack Cup
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Directions

  1. Remove the lid from the Kodiak cup.
  2. Add the melted butter and milk to the flapjack cup and stir to form a thick dough. Set aside.
  3. Place the sliced peaches in a saucepan and add the sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla. Toss with a rubber spatula to combine.
  4. Heat on medium/high and stir occasionally for about 2 minutes, or until peaches have softened and are saucy.
  5. Remove the dough from the flapjack cup. Fill the cup with half of the peaches and top with half of the dough. Top dough with the remaining peaches and spread the remaining dough over the top of the peaches.
  6. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
  7. Let cool slightly and enjoy.

*Note: Cobbler can be baked in the oven, instead of the microwave, if desired. Make cobbler according to above directions and place cup on a baking sheet or in an oven safe dish (like a Ramekin). Bake in an oven preheated to 350° F for 12-13 minutes.
