Ingredients
- 1 packet Kodiak Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal Packets
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 peach, chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons heavy cream
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Coat a small oven safe bowl with cooking spray or butter.
- Pour the contents of the oatmeal packet into the prepared dish along with the baking powder and cinnamon. Stir with a fork to combine.
- Add the egg and milk and stir in with the fork until fully combined.
