Stuffed PB & J Pancakes are the obvious answer when kiddo asks for PB&J but parents want protein and whole grains. Classic flavors, a gooey center, and ready in minutes thanks to Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes. They’re quick, nostalgic, and usually gone before they cool.
Now, that’s what we call a serious jam (but the wildly delicious kind). 😉

Ingredients
- Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- Peanut butter or nut butter
- Jam or fresh crushed berries
Directions
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread peanut butter and jam into 2-3 inch circles. Pop into the freezer for at least one hour.
- Make Kodiak mix according to the box.
- Add half the amount of batter to a preheated griddle or pan. Add the frozen disk of PB&J, then top with remaining batter.
- Flip, cook, and dig in!
